As we reflected on our business, we realized something important. We are not simply selling manufactured homes.

We are helping people navigate one of the largest financial and emotional investments they will ever make. For many of our customers, this is their first home, their retirement home, or the home they have worked years to afford.

Over the years, we found ourselves doing much more than selling a home. We became the people customers called with questions about contractors, utilities, engineering, permits, inspections, financing, escrow, VA and HUD requirements, Blue Stake, site preparation, insurance, and dozens of other details that arise during the construction process.

For a long time, we provided these services at little or no charge because we genuinely care about our customers and want them to succeed. We have even absorbed unexpected costs ourselves when we believed it was the right thing to do.

Eventually, we realized that what we provide is far more than a home sale.

That is why we have established clearly defined service options and project management fees. These fees are not simply for paperwork—they compensate for the time, experience, coordination, communication, and problem-solving that help move a customer’s project from contract to move-in.

Every customer deserves to know exactly what services are included in their purchase, what responsibilities remain theirs, and what additional services are available should they choose them.
